🏠 Family welcome & pricing
Family Option: For families, it is possible to accommodate an additional child by sharing the cabin with both parents, allowing for 3-person occupancy.
Private Cabin Rate: To enjoy a private double cabin when traveling alone, a supplement of 80% of the standard price is added to your seat (totaling x1.8 the per-person rate). Please contact customer service to book.
Child Rate: A preferential rate of 80% of the standard price applies to children under 16 years old.
Note: Cabins are originally designed for 2 people. By default, solo travelers share their cabin (single beds separated by a curtain).
🚕 Taxi info: mandatory transfer
For security reasons and strict access restrictions within freight port areas (ISPS), a transfer by authorized taxi is mandatory to reach or leave the ship.
- Cost: €110 per trip.
- Reason: This service ensures your safe transport through logistics terminals that are inaccessible to pedestrians and private vehicles.
📑 Booking and cancellation terms
💳 Payment terms
- Booking more than 120 days before departure: A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 120 days before departure.
- Booking less than 120 days before departure: Full payment (100%) of the crossing price is required upon booking.
❌ Cancellation fees
In the event of cancellation by the Passenger, the following fees will apply (calculated on the total price):
- More than 120 days before departure: 30% of the total price.
- Between 120 and 60 days before departure: 60% of the total price.
- Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the total price.
Note: External costs related to the journey (transportation to the port, visas, etc.) incurred by the Passenger are not refundable by Sailcoop, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
